Dessau
During her studies in art history, Katharina Sigwart worked in the Berlin Bauhaus Archive, a period that was to have a decisive influence on her sense of style and quality. As a reference to this imprint, Katharina Sigwart created the Dessau Special Edition, inspired by the stringent formal language of the Bauhaus and the imaginative figures of the Triadic Ballet. All the models are elaborately produced one-offs, some of the lower forms for which were made using a 3D printing process. A process that would certainly have delighted the members of the Bauhaus.
